āBiosonic Repatterning and Polarity Therapy connect us to the center of ourselves, the Ultrasonic Core, the very essence of sound. Some call it the fundamental tone, others the soul. Itās vibrational at heart. 'Biosonic' reflects how sound affects our bodyās life energy, while 'resonance' means a return to sound, a return to oneās core. Listening is healing. In each moment of deep listening, two energies spiral together, forming the same pattern as a tornado. In that vortex is a maximum energy available to us.āāJohn Beaulieu, PhD, from the Alice Archive Library, Pioneering Sound Healer
Music is universal, handed down across generations. Songs have transformed culture, serving as anthems of change, from civil rights to gender equality to calls for peace. Like a powerful song, our energetic healing potential needs a vocabulary that resonates deeplyāembodied, adopted, and shared.
Hello weāre Alice and we are always in a state of wander.Ā Every generation transcends the impossible, solving the paradoxes of the past that the next generation then understands as fundamental. This is the nature of evolution. This is its song.
If you hear the song I sing You will understand, listen You hold the key to love and fear All in your trembling hand Just one key unlocks them both It's there at your command Come on, people now Smile on your brother Everybody get together Try to love one another right now Right now Right now āLyrics by The Youngbloods
What makes your heart leap?
Imagine a world where well-being is the essence of society, where we vibrate with coherence, each pulse in tune with a web of connection. This vision echoes Jonas Salk's dream of an āepidemic of healthāānot just avoiding illness, but living fully, embracing vitality, and engaging with lifeās gifts and challenges alike.Ā For Salk, individual health is an ongoing resonance with others, a loop where mind, body, and spirit are inseparable from community and the world. He encouraged us to explore moments of joy and connection, asking, āWhat makes your heart leap?ā Health, he believed, is rooted in relationships, interwoven in every heartbeat shared between people, and in those moments of resonance, lifeās vitality emerges.
In this future society, synchrony is more than an ideal; it is the lifeblood of well-being itself. Here, people embrace synchronicityāthose seemingly serendipitous moments that connect inner revelation with outer eventsāas signs of harmony with one another and life itself. Itās a society shaped by hope, where people reflect on what it means to feel alive, to have purpose, and to be uplifted by those around them.Ā This "epidemic of health" infuses society with shared vitality, where epiphanies become bridges between our inner lives and the world. Hope turns from aspiration to a living energyāa guiding principleāthat wellness is not isolated but relies on collective coherence. With every heartbeat in sync, society becomes a force for health, vitality, and purpose.
As individuals find their resonance within the whole, health shifts from a personal endeavor to a communal experience. In this world, society itself resonates with each individualās rhythm, harmonizing all to a shared pulseāa true epidemic of health.
Resonate with the Collective
The field registers informationāwhat is our healing potential?
The most pressing issue today is our self-conception: are we isolated beings, guided by natureās blind laws, or interconnected beings, physical yet imbued with consciousness, spirit, and connection? Science in the 20th century dissected body and mind; now itās time to put them back together and reconnect with our innate healing potential. We are the the embodied human.Ā Embodiment science advances in understanding our interrelatedness. Discoveries of mirror neurons reveal how we may be wired for empathy, connection, and a deeper awareness of consciousness. These neurons activate whether we move or observe anotherās movement. This empathetic connection happens beneath conscious awareness, allowing us to sense anotherās emotions within ourselves. Beyond empathy, mirror neurons suggest an untapped potential for unconditioned awarenessāa mental capacity that could open doors to change and adaptability. Could this ability awaken collective consciousness?
We Sing the Body Electric
āHuman connections are deeply nurtured in the field of shared story,ā says biologist Rupert Sheldrake. Subtle energy and biofield healing contain fields of storiesāresonant stories that create movements. We are called to be good storytellers.Ā
Instead of seeing health as a market-driven industry, we can rewrite healthās narrative as a public commons, accessible and valuable to all. An upward spiral of health thrives on the law of increasing returns: as each person grows healthier, they inspire others to do the same, creating a collective uplift.Ā Today, we lack a shared celebration of growth. By identifying resonant language, images, and practices that support mutual well-being, we can foster a sense of agency and responsibility that contributes to societyās well-being.Ā
Our interconnected web of energetic practices nurtures gratitude, the emotion of social reward. Studies show gratitude fosters cooperation; it is a social emotion we can cultivate.Ā This is our songāthe song of the Embodied Human, harmonizing individual and collective well-being into a resonant future, where the world truly feels itself healing.
"I'm singing this note 'cause it fits in well with the way I'm feeling
There's a symphony that I hear in your heart, sets my head a-reeling
But I'm in tune
Right in tune
Iām in tune
And Iām gonna tune
Right in on you."

Recovering community
When we heal ourselves, we heal our lineage. Healing is an act of care for the community, reminding us that our healing reaches beyond the individual, touching the lives around usāwhether within our own homes or extending into the world beyond.Ā We celebrate the āusā yet to come, a world shaped by our shared journey to well-being.Ā
āItās a very interesting question about anticipating the future. We will come back to community absolutely, thatās the one prediction I would make, that if weāreĀ going to survive, we will survive in community and not as isolated individualsĀ the way we are at the moment in our culture. We will experience a high quality of life because we will be recovering community. But, I donāt know what form that will take, I donāt know how large these communities will be. I assume thereāllĀ be lots and lots of networking, lots of communicationāthese communities in different parts of the world will be sharing their knowledge and interaction and information with each other, to benefit each other and help the others adapt to circumstances as they develop. Now these are all things that I think are going to be part of future society and it would be dominated by quality, abundance, celebration, joy, and a general high level of health and well-being, and a sense of meaning, we will have recovered a sense of meaning in our lives.Ā So thatās the way I think things are going to move, but I donāt know how far or how fast. Yes, thatās the vision. Itās a sense of direction. But Iām quite hopeful about it. What Else We Are Wandering
BioSonic Repatterning:Ā BioSonic Repatterning, developed by John Beaulieu, N.D., Ph.D., is a naturalĀ method of healing using tuning forks based on the sonic ratios inherent in nature.Ā When we listen to Pythagorean intervals we create an archetypal resonance resulting in a physical and psychic repatterning of our mind, bodies and spirit. This takes place on a physical level within the inner ear by stimulation of the cochlea and semi-circular canals. When we listen to the sound of the tuning forks our nervous system attunes to the pitch in much the same way as when we find a pitch for a choir, or tune a piano. The vestibular system via the semi-circular canals reproportions our body through a process of cellular memory based on the natural ratios of the tuning forks. During the listening process our physical body will actually reposture itself to hold the proportion and sound correctly.
The Intuitive Way of Knowing, A Tribute to Brian Goodwin:Ā Professor Brian Goodwin was a visionary biologist, mathematician and philosopher. Born in Canada in 1931, he studied biology at McGill University then for his PhD at Oxford under the eminent biologist Conrad Waddington. Understanding organisms as dynamic wholes, he worked to develop an alternate view to extreme Darwinism based solely on genetic factors. His evolutionary vision was centred more on archetypes than ancestors and cooperation rather than competition.
āAre we being good ancestors?āĀ āJonas Salk
The Survival Of The Wisest: Jonas Salk is one of the most famous and revered figures of the twentieth century.Ā He was the developer of the first effective vaccine to prevent polio. Almost overnight, he became internationally famousāa hero to an appreciative public. His legacy survives to this day, and his name and image are instantly recognizable to many.Ā In the last decades of his life, Salk devoted considerable attention to the development of an evolutionary philosophy that would be the basis for solving some of the most basic problems of humankind.Ā Jonas Salkās wish was that his ideas would continue to be disseminated so that, like a vaccine, they might have the most positive effect on the greatest number of people. The book can be seen as his vaccine.

What divine timing for this post! Today is the feast of St. Cecilia, patroness of music and musicians. It's said that she always had a song in her heart and was singing all the time. Lovely post, thank you.
